Crystal Shawanda "Dawn of a New Day" Sweepstakes Presented by Wrangler -- Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or win. Each entrant must be a legal resident of U.S. or Canada (except Quebec) and 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Quebec Province and where prohibited by law. You must have Internet access to participate. Entries will be accepted starting on or about August 19, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and entries must be received by September 29, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("Sweepstakes Period").

2. Sponsors/Promoter. Sweepstakes is sponsored by RCA Nashville, a division of Sony BMG Nashville (RCA Nashville) (1400 18th Ave S, Nashville, TN, 37212) and Wrangler, a division of VF Jeanswear Limited Partnership (Wrangler) (400 North Elm Street, Greensboro, NC, 27401) and promoted by Methodfuel, Inc. (215 East Lewis Street, Greensboro, NC, 27406).

3. To enter: Access the website at www.wranglerwestern.com. Follow the directions to complete and submit the Entry Form online at www.wranglerwestern.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Information requested on Entry Form consists of your full name, address (including zip/postal code), daytime and evening telephone number (with area code), gender, birth date and e-mail address (if any). You must also indicate on the Entry Form whether you want to receive e-mail updates from Wrangler and/or RCA Nashville. If you agree to this, you will also be asked to select a format for these e-mail updates. But, agreeing to receive e-mail updates is NOT required to participate in the Sweepstakes and will NOT affect one's odds of winning. Any other attempted form of e-mail or Internet entry is void; use of programmed, robotic, automated or like forms of entry is prohibited. Only (1) entry per person, household or e-mail address. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail and/or street addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to participate in the Sweepstakes in violation of the foregoing entry limitation will be disqualified. Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected entries, entries that are illegible or incomplete, or technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsors and will not be returned.

4. Eligibility: Employees and their immediate family members of RCA Nashville, Wrangler, Methodfuel, Inc. and their respective parent companies, their affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising or promotion agencies, web masters and web suppliers, and their immediate family members (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse, regardless of where they live) and/or those living in the same household of each (whether related or not) are not eligible. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, 1) to disqualify any individual that they find to be tampering with (or attempting to tamper with) the Sweepstakes or web site or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or the wrangler.com Privacy Policy and Terms and/or 2) to terminate, suspend or modify this Sweepstakes should they find a bug, virus, non-authorized human intervention or other cause beyond the control of VF Jeanswear and/or RCA Nashville that impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in such event, Sponsors will award the prizes in a random drawing comprised of all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsors. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated/ suspended/ modified, notice to such effect will be posted on www.wranglerwestern.com.

5. Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize: A Crystal Shawanda autographed guitar; $500 (US) Wrangler Jeans & Shirts gift certificate; one (1) autographed Crystal Shawanda 'Dawn of a New Day' CD. ARV: $1116.98 (US).
One (1) First Prize: $250 (US) Wrangler Jeans & Shirts gift certificate; one (1) autographed Crystal Shawanda 'Dawn of a New Day' CD. ARV: $266.98 (US).
One (1) Second Prize: $100 (US) Wrangler Jeans & Shirts gift certificate; one (1) autographed Crystal Shawanda 'Dawn of a New Day' CD. ARV: $116.98 (US).
Seven (7) Third Prizes: One (1) autographed Crystal Shawanda 'Dawn of a New Day' CD. ARV: $16.98 (US) each.
Thirty (30) Fourth Prizes: One (1) Crystal Shawanda 'Dawn of a New Day' CD. ARV: $16.98 (US) each.

For Crystal Shawanda autographed items, ARV of prize represents retail value NOT resale value. Wrangler gift certificates are subject to terms and conditions of use, as stated thereon.

Prizes are not transferable. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute a prize/prize component of like or greater value for any prize/prize component due to unavailability for any reason. Limit one prize per person/household/e-mail address. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges' decisions. All federal, state and local taxes and fees/expenses not specified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winners. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The authorized account subscriber is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

6. To win: The winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 6, 2008 conducted by Promoter (at its offices at the address indicated above), an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. The random drawing will consist of all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize winner will be notified by private courier/mail delivery. All other winners will be notified by standard postal mail. To receive prize, Grand Prize winner must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) to be returned within the indicated time period, or winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. If a Canadian resident is selected in the random drawing, in order to win a prize, he/she must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind within a specified time period. If prize notification for any prize is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. By accepting prize, winner grants Sponsors the right to use his/her name, address (city & state/province), voice, photo and/or likeness for publicity/advertising and trade purposes, and any and all rights to said use, without additional compensation or consent, except where prohibited by law.

7. Winner's List. For names of Grand Prize, First Prize and Second Prize winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Crystal Shawanda 'Dawn of a New Day' Sweepstakes Presented by Wrangler , 215 East Lewis Street, Greensboro, NC, 27406. Canadian residents may omit return postage. Requests must be received by October 20, 2008.

8. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants (1) agree that Sponsors, Promoter, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and the agents, officers, directors and employees of any of the foregoing entities shall have no liability whatsoever for any injuries or damages of any kind which may result from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, enjoyment, ownership, installation and/or use of any prize awarded in connection with this Sweepstakes and (2) release the foregoing entities (and their respective agents, officers, directors and employees) from any and all liability in conjunction with this Sweepstakes.
