We stand in tribute and in respect to Jim Shoulders, a legend in the world of rodeo and our friend. Jim passed away June 20, 2007 at the age of 79.

Jim was and remains a record-holder -- with 16 world championships, including five All-Around, seven Bull Riding and four Bareback Riding World Titles. He was a devoted family man. He helped create the original Wrangler 13MWWZ Cowboy Cut jean -- with his advice, with his service as a fit model and with his prideful endorsement of Wrangler since 1948.

Join us as we come together here to share our thoughts, prayers and stories about the Jim we knewed, loved and still so greatly admire.

See Jim win his 16th world title.

Memorials

The Shoulders family requests that those who wish to honor the memory of Jim Shoulders, may contribute to the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund, an organization that Jim helped start. The JCCF helps injured rodeo athletes and their families with expenses if a contestant is injured and cannot compete for an extended period of time. Memorials may be sent to the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund at 101 Pro Rodeo Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80919. Find out more about JCCF.
